Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlssss ("jlssss," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jlssss online gaming platform accessible at jlssss.cam and all associated services, applications, and content offered thereon.

By accessing the jlssss website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on jlssss, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player on the jlssss platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's jlssss Account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based funds credited to a Player's Account by jlssss under a promotional offer.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, and any other gaming products available on the jlssss platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the jlssss website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services operated at jlssss.cam.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the jlssss Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn from a Player's Account.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an Account on jlssss, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's existence:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. jlssss strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned, less any winnings generated.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold a jlssss Account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must register using your true legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and accurate personal details. jlssss reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended Account on jlssss. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or for any commercial purpose.

jlssss reserves the right to accept or decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for any such decision.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlssss Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

All actions taken through your Account — including any bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims submitted — are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who accessed your Account.

• You must notify jlssss immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your Account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• jlssss strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available at no cost in your Account security settings.
• jlssss will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jlssss support immediately.
• jlssss is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jlssss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jlssss's discretion.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jlssss does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jlssss Account within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• jlssss does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which jlssss is not responsible.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the jlssss deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in your own name and verified by jlssss.
• Before your first withdrawal, jlssss will conduct identity verification (KYC). You may be required to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for VIP accounts and within two (2) hours for standard accounts under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the jlssss withdrawal page.
• jlssss reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected Prohibited Conduct.

Bonuses & Promotions

jlssss offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on jlssss unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20× Wagering Requirement means you must place total bets equal to twenty times the bonus amount before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward meeting a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per game is ₱500 or as otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in voiding the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise permitted by specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit a bonus through systematic play patterns designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 8 and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

jlssss reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions made by jlssss in relation to bonus eligibility and compliance with bonus terms are final.

Game Rules & Technical Conditions

All Games available on jlssss are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any Game before placing bets. jlssss's general technical conditions are as follows:

• RNG Fairness: All slot games and non-live casino games on jlssss use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and verified by independent third-party auditors. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect long-term theoretical return rates.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The rules governing live casino games are those of the respective game provider. In any dispute involving a live casino outcome, the game provider's recorded footage and system logs are authoritative.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a Game — including server disconnection, software error, or power failure — all bets placed during the affected period are void and the relevant stakes will be returned to Players' Accounts. jlssss's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the affected stakes only.
• Disconnection: If you experience a disconnection during a live Game round, jlssss will make reasonable efforts to resolve the round based on its recorded state at the time of disconnection. jlssss is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your device, internet service provider, or local network conditions.
• Incomplete Transactions: Any bet or transaction that is not completed due to technical issues will be treated as void. Stakes for void bets will be returned to your Account Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlssss Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlssss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in Prohibited Conduct and to forfeit all associated funds:

• Opening more than one Account on jlssss (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or any verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated tools to access, interact with, or place bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies, or any systematic play pattern intended to circumvent Wagering Requirements.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. jlssss is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jlssss staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

Responsible Gaming

jlssss is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals, including those with gambling-related problems. The following tools and policies form part of jlssss's Responsible Gaming framework:

• Age Restriction: jlssss strictly prohibits gaming by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory during registration and may be repeated at any time during the lifecycle of an Account.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days to allow for a cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits, after which they will be automatically logged out of their Account.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss limits over a defined period. Reaching the limit will prevent further gameplay until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted after the cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure are available. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be closed, all marketing communications will cease, and the Player will be prevented from opening a new Account on jlssss.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic in-session notifications showing time spent and amounts wagered in the current session.

jlssss reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any Account where it reasonably suspects problem gambling behaviour, including without Player request. This may include imposing deposit limits, requesting self-exclusion, or suspending gameplay capabilities pending a welfare check.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jlssss Platform — including but not limited to the jlssss brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of jlssss or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlssss Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the jlssss Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the jlssss brand, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the jlssss Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jlssss Platform on any other website or application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlssss shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jlssss Platform, however caused and under any theory of liability.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond jlssss's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from Prohibited Conduct that results in Account suspension or termination.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional information.

Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties or the limitation of certain types of liability, jlssss's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, jlssss's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

Account Suspension & Termination

jlssss reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of Prohibited Conduct pending investigation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time of being requested to do so.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court.
• Risk management decisions made at jlssss's sole discretion.

Where an Account is suspended or closed for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any real-money Balance in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus Funds will not be returned.

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting jlssss support via live chat. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are processed under the Responsible Gaming procedures described in Section 9.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of these Terms, the following procedure applies:

1. First Contact: Contact jlssss customer support via 24/7 live chat, describing the nature of your dispute clearly and providing any supporting information such as transaction IDs, game round IDs, or screenshots. Our support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 48 hours of first contact.
2. Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at first contact, you may submit a formal written complaint to jlssss via email at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." jlssss will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
3. Escalation: If jlssss's response to your formal complaint is unsatisfactory, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body or to PAGCOR, as applicable. jlssss will cooperate fully with any such independent review.

All disputes must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. jlssss will not consider disputes submitted outside this time window except in exceptional circumstances.

Amendments to Terms

jlssss reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, jlssss will notify Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where possible, by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jlssss Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and contact jlssss support to arrange Account closure.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes — may be made without specific notification. jlssss will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Terms page always reflects the current operative version.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, to which jurisdiction both parties irrevocably submit.

jlssss operates its online gaming services in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR's regulatory framework governing online gaming operators. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it, exclude or limit the rights of Players under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
